About Cadbury World

Let’s have a big shout out for chocolate! Everyone loves Cadbury’s Chocolate – it’s far superior to other brands. That delicious melt-in-the-mouth creamy texture, the delectable sweetness when you take a bite… Ah, we all love a bit of chocolate. Cadbury is Britain’s best loved confectionary brand and if you are passionate about Dairy Milk, Fruit & Nut, or Giant Buttons, a trip to Cadbury World using one of our Cadbury World offers will be just the ticket. At Cadbury World, you will learn more about the history behind the brand, see how chocolate is made, and take a tour to see how Cadbury’s talented chocolatiers create the distinctive flavours of the nation’s favourite chocolate bars.

Did you know?

Modern chocolate is very different to the chocolate our ancestors enjoyed. You will learn more about the origins of chocolate when you take The Experience tour inside Cadbury World, but back in the early days, when chocolate was a brand new flavour thanks to Hernán Cortéz and his travels to South America, High Society ladies and gents consumed chocolate as a bittersweet drink, which is nothing like today’s sweet confectionery.

The tour through Cadbury World is excellent, but the highlight for us is definitely the section where you get to see how chocolate is made. Watch a skilled chocolatier pour molten Cadbury’s Dairy Milk and then added popping candy and marshmallows to create delicious sweet treats. You can even order your own hand-made chocolate gift and have it personalised for a loved one! What better way to soften the blow for that person who was just too busy to take the Cadbury World tour with you.

More About Cadbury World

Cadbury World is an adventure like no other. If you have ever wondered how we came to discover the deliciousness that is chocolate, this is your golden opportunity to find out. The Cadbury World ‘Experience’ is a self-guided tour through the ages. It begins in the time of the ancient Aztecs, and follows the fortunes of the Cadbury family. Find out more about the different Cadbury products, how packaging is designed, and learn how chocolate is made.

There are different ‘zones’ within The Experience, but you are free to wander through each zone at your leisure. The 4D Chocolate Adventure is tremendous fun! Take a ride on a Cadbury’s Cream egg and dive into a bowl of liquid Dairy Milk (not literally of course!). The Green Screen zone is also great fun. You choose from a selection of chocolate themed backdrops and have some digital portraits taken, which can then be collected from a photo collection point.

Tickets to Cadbury World can be pre-booked online, which is highly recommended, especially during busy times. You can save money by using Cadbury World vouchers – check vouchercloud for the latest.

Cadbury World always has a rolling program of special events taking place, so check the website for up-to-date information on what’s happening right now. If you are taking the kids, don’t forget to download the ‘fun pack’ so they can enter the Crazy Colouring Competition!
