How to cancel Namecheap
To cancel your Namecheap account, sign in and hover your mouse over the ‘Account’ tab to select ‘Domain List’. Select ‘All Products’ from the drop-down box on the top right and click ‘Manage’ beside the hosting service associated with your domain name - you may need to click the drop-down arrow to find ‘Manage’ if your hosting service has grace/expired status. Finally, click ‘Cancel Service’ beside the package in question.
