Is there an NHS discount at TalkTalk?
There isn't an NHS discount right now, but we'll tell you if that ever changes in future. Previously, NHS staff with a Blue Light Card could save 50% on selected broadband and TV packages, so we're not ruling out a similar discount in future.
Do I need a TV aerial to get TalkTalk TV?
Yes. Ideally, a rooftop aerial is best, but indoor and loft aerials will also work. Check the FAQs for further information.
How do I get a TalkTalk voucher?
Keep checking our page as we regularly update it with new discount codes or offers. Once you've found something you like the look of, click 'get code' or 'view discount' to redeem the saving.

You have up to 20 days from the order date to cancel, and if you're cancelling your service you'll need to give 30 days notice. Call free from your TalkTalk phone on 0345 172 0088 or chat with TalkTalk online by clicking "chat now" on the right-hand side of your screen.
If you cancel after 20 days from your service going live, or you've used the service during the first 20 days, then early termination charges will apply. More information here.
