When will my Prep Kitchen order arrive?
You should receive a text from DPD on the morning of the delivery with a 1-hour time window.
Is delivery free at Prep Kitchen?
Yes! Delivery is free of charge on all orders at Prep Kitchen.
Save on a stellar meal subscription by taking a moment to do the following:
- Pick the deal or coupon code you want to use, then select it by clicking the corresponding ‘Get Code’ or ‘View Discount’ button.
- If you choose a ‘View Discount’ option, there’ll be no code required, instead you’ll be redirected to the specific promotion where said discount is in effect.
- As for a code, copy yours once it becomes visible, then head through to the Prep Kitchen store.
- Pick out the number of meals you’d like to order as well as the specific dishes you want until you eventually reach the section labelled ‘Review and subscribe’.
- Paste your Prep Kitchen coupon code in the box specified, after which your discount should be automatically applied.
Prep Kitchen new customer discount
If you’re new to Prep Kitchen and fancy getting a great deal on your first few deliveries, take a moment to sign up to the company newsletter via the home page. Not only will this give you a heads-up on next week’s meals and any ongoing offers, it also provides new customers with a 30% discount on their first order. The deal doesn’t stop there either, with the same discount giving you 15% off your second shipments and 10% off your thirds – making it a must for any curious cook.
Any shipping costs are included in each order, so don’t expect to be charged a penny extra to get your dinners delivered. All orders will be delivered on a Sunday, so be sure to set a safe space or a neighbour for your driver to leave your meals with if you’re out.
With each order being a recurring weekly subscription, you won’t be able to cancel an order if it’s already been charged for – which occurs every Tuesday at midday. If you’d like to pause or cancel your subscription, simply log in and select the ‘Subscription’ option on the left to make changes to your delivery.
