The Stable’s mission has stayed the same despite its speedy growth. Every restaurant’s menu is different, using local ingredients. And each one showcases the local area’s ciders and perries alongside other classics from across the South West. Produce is responsibly sourced and prepared, no preservatives are used, and everything is freshly made on-site. The Stable’s sourdough pizza bases are 100% animal-free and Gluten free and vegan versions of every pizza on the main menu are available. The bases are made to order, and gluten free bases are made on-site, so you might want to call ahead and let them know if you have any special requirements.
