Tap Warehouse Returns
You can return a product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, uninstalled and resalable. You are responsible for the cost of return of unwanted goods.
You can exchange the item up to 90 days after delivery date. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in original packaging.
Special, bespoke items cannot always be returned including gold-plated products, Schneider mirror cabinets and Radox Quartz glass radiators.
