Tile Giant is one of the UK’s largest tile retailers, both online and instore. It start out in 2003, and a few years later, it was acquired by the Travis Perkins Group which dominates the builders’ merchant and home improvement markets. Tile Giant has expanded to include over 200 nationwide stores offering a vast array of tiling products, flooring, tools and accessories and underfloor heating systems. Along with ceramic wall and floor tiles, you’ll now find natural products such as limestone, marble, stone and slate. Tiles are easy to clean, have a sleek and modern looking and you can buy underfloor heating to ensure your space feels cosy all year round.

If you’re going to have a go at installing tiles and flooring yourself, you’ll be able to pick up the grouts and adhesives you need to finish the job. Returning Items to Tile Giant

When your tiles are delivered, the driver will spot check your order. If you do not have time for the spot check , you have an additional 2 working days to report any damages. If you encounter any damages, forward a photo of the damage and email to customerservice@tilegiant.co.uk. Replacements are sent out within 1-2 working days.
