How do I prepare for my massage?

Before your appointment, check your details are correct and that you've booked the right treatment. You should also prepare your space by making sure there is enough room to accommodate the massage table and for the therapist to move around it. Prepare three large towels, as well as a smaller one to use as a headrest. You may also want to warm the space by putting the heating on.
