Cancellations must be emailed to email@example.com by whoever made the booking. Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival date will incur a £25 per person administration fee. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will not be refunded.
If you can provide an alternative date at the time of making the cancellation then it may be possible to reduce the fee.
