Standard delivery (excluding personalised goods and large white goods), should arrive within 3-7 days from the date you place your order. Allow 5-10 days for delivery of any personalised goods.
You can cancel your order for whatever reason within the 14 day cancellation period from the date of delivery. It is your responsibility to pay to post the goods back to Ace. You must return the goods no later than 14 days after you inform Ace of the cancellation. Retain proof of postage or a receipt. You need to complete the returns form provided and include this when you return your parcel.
