Is there a VOXI app I can use?
Whilst there isn’t exactly a mobile app to download on either Android or iOS, you can access your VOXI account with a tile on your home screen like any other mobile app. To get a widget added to your phone, go to the VOXI website on your phone, log in to your account and click the ‘share’ or ‘menu’ button in your browser and pick ‘Add to home screen’.
Can VOXI activate my new SIM?
Activating your VOXI SIM card could not be simpler, all you’ll need is the 10 digits on the second and third line of your SIM card. Enter them on the website activation page to kick start your new mobile adventure.
How can I track my VOXI order online?
If your order totals over £60, it will be sent via DPD, in which case you can track your phone and accessories live through the DPD website - all you’ll need is your consignment number. If your order is being delivered by Royal Mail (all orders under £60), you’ll not be able to track your package.

How do I use my VOXI promo code?
- Pick a voucher or copy a code from our list.
- Follow your chosen voucher’s link through to the VOXI site.
- Pick a plan or phone that you want before heading to the checkout.
- Create an account and username to complete your purchase.
- For promo codes, paste them in the payment screen and see your savings applied.
- If your voucher does not require a code, any discounts will be carried automatically into the checkout.

VOXI Delivery Options
Whilst there are no delivery options outside of the standard (3-5 business days) method, items will always include free delivery regardless of how much you spend online.
Returns to VOXI
If you’ve had a change of heart on your VOXI product or plan, then fear not because you can cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your items and get a full refund. Exchanges are not currently allowed and no items can be returned after the 14 day period unless they’re faulty.
