If you are returning something because there is a fault with the product, clearly state the details of the fault. JML will meet the cost of returning the product if the goods are faulty or incorrect. For all other cancellations, you must return the goods at your cost. For legal or hygiene reasons there are a small number of products that can’t be returned, these include cosmetics and swimwear.
