OPPO return policy

OPPO gladly accepts returns of any unwanted items up to 14 days after the date they’re initially delivered. Devices must be returned using Insured to cover the cost of the items being shipped whilst original packaging must be retained and included with the return to prevent a restocking charge from being applied.

Alternatively, if an item arrives faulty then this return window is extended to a full 28 days.
