Can you put Ruggables in the dryer?
No, using a tumble dryer is not recommended. Ruggable classic rugs should be washed on a cold, gently cycle and then dried outdoors or under low heat. For more care instructions, check the Ruggable website.

Does Ruggable accept returns?
Yes, Ruggable rugs can be returned within 30 days for a refund minus a £15 return fee. If you would like to return your rug, follow the instructions provided on the returns page.
How long does Ruggable delivery take?
Ruggable needs to make your rug first, so delivery is two to three weeks. You won’t pay a penny for delivery, as it’s already included in the cost of your rug.
How do I use a Ruggable discount code?

We’ll automatically copy the Ruggable code for you and redirect you to the website to continue with your shop.

Ruggable UK shipping options
As all Ruggable rugs are made to order, the delivery timescale is between one to two weeks, but this service is offered for free. Look out for the email confirmation when your order is dispatched to use the Ruggable order tracking service.
The Ruggable returns policy
Need to return your Ruggable rug? No problem. As long as your rug is unopened and unused, you’ll have 30 days to return it with a £15 return fee deducted from your refund amount. If you need to return your order, contact the Ruggable customer service team as soon as possible.
