Delivery is £3 if order is less than £30.
Free delivery on orders over £30.
Your order will be with you within 2 days of leaving the warehouse.

Free Click & Collect service on orders of £30 or more.
You will be able to collect from 2pm the day after the item has left the warehouse.

Depending on the content of your order, you may be able to upgrade to pre-12pm next working day delivery for £9.95.

Frozen raw food will incur a Frozen Delivery charge of £5.95 and will be delivered separately.

To initiate repeat delivery, you can select the option on each product’s page.

Returns can be made within 14 days to the following address:

Items must be unused and with original packaging intact. You must fill out the form on the reverse of the delivery note included within your order and contact customer services to arrange a collection from a courier, which will be done free of charge. Returns can also be made to Waitrose branches.
