Is Megabus wheelchair accessible?
Yes. If you need to remain in your wheelchair for the duration of the trip please call 0141 332 9644 so Megabus can allocate you an appropriate coach. If at all, possible, please do this at least 36 hours before you intend to travel so arrangements can be made
If you are able to walk a few stairs up to the coach then the driver can put the wheelchair or scooter in the luggage bay and help you to your seat.
Can I change my Megabus reservation?
Changes can be made up to 24 hours (for bus) or 48 hours (for train) in advance of travel, providing megabus.com was the point of sale.
If you are travelling with more than 2 people any amendment will cancel the booking originally made, so please include details of all your party when making your changes.
A £1 amendment fee applies plus any difference in price should your new booking be more expensive.
Click ‘customer services’ on the Megabus website, then ‘Manage Reservations’ and ‘Modify Bookings’ to make your changes.
Can I take a pushchair on a Megabus?
You can but pushchairs must be folded up and put in the hold when travelling.
