LightInTheBox Delivery
At the online checkout you can choose a delivery option that will get your products to you when you need them. Select either expedited, standard or super saver shipping and once LightInTheBox have despatched your order, your products should arrive within the estimated delivery time scale. Delivery times depend on the type of product you are purchasing. Selected products can be shipped within just a few working days, whereas other items may take longer to be sent to you. LightInTheBox Returns
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your order, or have changed your mind about the style, fit, colour or shape of your new products, you can return them to LightInTheBox. You have 30 days from the arrival of your order to arrange the return of your unwanted products, which can be sent back to the LightInTheBox base in Europe. If you decide that your products are faulty, they will be covered by a warranty of 30 days or more. Selected products are covered by LightInTheBox for 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.
