How can I redeem a Shark discount code?
Scroll through our list of awesome Shark offers. Click on the blue button next to the one you want to redeem. It’ll say ‘get code’, ‘get reward’, or ‘view discount’. If there’s a code for the offer, it’ll be copied to your clipboard, and you'll automatically be redirected to Shark’s website to place your order!
How do I track my Shark order?
All main units are shipped by DPD. You’ll get an email with the tracking number when your item’s on its way, and a time slot update on the day of delivery, too! Parts and accessories are delivered using Royal Mail, and won’t be tracked.
How do I register for an extended Shark Guarantee?
If you purchased your product directly from the Shark website, your extended five year guarantee will be automatically applied. If you purchased from a third party, you can register your appliance online within 28 days of purchase - there’s a link at the bottom of the Shark homepage for you to do so.

How to use your Shark discount code
There are two ways to redeem, depending on the kind of offer it is:
- If the deal doesn’t require a code, all you need to do is select the ‘view discount’ button. You’ll be redirected to the Shark website, where you can choose your appliances and accessories. If the offer is only for a certain product, make sure you double check these details first! Your code will be automatically applied when you head to the checkout.
- If it’s a deal with a code, the button will say ‘get code’ instead - select this and copy the code from the pop up window. Follow the ‘shop now’ link to be redirected to the Shark website. Once you’ve selected your appliance and accessories, review your items and follow the link through to the payment page. On the right, below the subtotal, there’s a link to enter a coupon - select this and pop your code in the box that appears.
